H-GAC is requesting proposals and qualifications submittals for a public relations agency to provide public relations services for Clean Air Initiatives and the Commute Solutions Program. These programs serve the Houston-Galveston region classified as “severe” non-attainment for ground-level ozone air pollution which includes Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Liberty, Montgomery and Waller counties.
