Not everyone thinks and acts the same. We all have different communication styles and behavioral tendencies. By understanding the personalities of others, we can learn how to interact more effectively. Join PRSA Houston on Wednesday, March 1, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., as Lewis Senior, Equilibria CEO and Senior Executive Coach, explains how organizations and individuals can leverage personality diversity to elevate performance and achieve common goals through better collaboration.

Register early for access to an online Personality Diversity Indicator designed to help you better understand your behavior and how to improve communication skills, build better relationships, and work more efficiently. The luncheon presentation will include explanation of the results.

Understanding Personality Diversity - 5 Takeaways from Lewis Senior, Equilibria CEO, Co-Founder and Senior Executive Coach:

  • Self-awareness, empathy and appreciation of diversity helps everyone work better together.

  • Understand that different personality styles have an impact on teamwork.

  • Understanding our natural biases and communication filters can help us develop better personal speaking and listening skills.

  • You should cultivate specific practices that enhance communication for the benefit of both the individual and the organization.

  • You can become an intentional communicator through heightened awareness of different behavioral tendencies and communication styles.

Speaker: Lewis Senior, CEO & Co-Founder of Equilibria

Lewis is a personality diversity expert and in 2004 founded Equilibria, the global coaching organization that developed The E-Colors and Personal Intervention. These coaching tools are used by individuals, teams and companies all over the world to heighten awareness, promote conscious choices, improve communication, reduce errors, minimize risk and enhance human performance through intentional leadership.

He is also a highly sought after Senior Executive Performance Coach who has a passion for PEOPLE. His vision and the vision of Equilibria is simply “Realizing Potential” and he is committed to helping every human being to understand themselves and those around them better in order to live and lead with conscious intent.

Prior to starting Equilibria in 2004, Lewis was the Global Head of HSE for a major drilling contractor where he had a reputation for caring about the wellbeing, safety and development of people and possessing a unique ability to coach positive cultural change within the organization, particularly during times of change, mergers and acquisitions.

In 2013, Lewis started volunteering his time to coach principals, teachers and students in Independent Schools in Houston Texas. The results have been remarkable with schools who have embraced the E-Colors and Personal Intervention coaching tools seeing improved graduation rates and reduced incidents of bullying. In 2015, along with the (ex) Principal of Southwest Schools, Dr. Rosalinda Mercado-Garza, Lewis formed “E-Colors in Education” a US public charity whose vision is to make these world class coaching tools available to every school in every nation.
